Platform Agreement & Global Compliance Terms

This Platform Agreement (“Agreement”) governs access to and use of the AutoShield Tech platform (“Platform”). By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform in any capacity, whether as an individual or on behalf of a company or organization, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by the terms set forth herein.

This Agreement applies globally and is enforceable across all countries, states, provinces, municipalities, and jurisdictions.

**1. Scope of Use**

The Platform provides cybersecurity-related tools, monitoring, notifications, and guidance intended to assist users in identifying risks and maintaining operational awareness. The Platform does not replace legal, regulatory, or professional obligations required by local or international law.

**2. User Responsibility**

You are solely responsible for:

- Complying with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
- Reviewing and acting upon notifications, alerts, or instructions provided through the Platform.
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory, operational, and security obligations relevant to your jurisdiction or industry.

Failure to follow notifications, guidance, or required actions provided by the Platform constitutes user negligence.

**3. Notifications and Required Actions**

The Platform may issue notifications requesting specific actions. These notifications are considered delivered once visible within the Platform or associated communication channels.

If you fail to act upon such notifications in a timely manner, responsibility for resulting consequences rests entirely with you.

**4. No Liability for User Inaction**

The Platform and its operators are not responsible for:

- Losses arising from failure to follow Platform notifications.
- Damages resulting from delayed or ignored actions.
- Non-compliance caused by user decisions or omissions.

**5. Jurisdictional Compliance**

Users acknowledge that laws vary by jurisdiction. The Platform operates globally but does not guarantee compliance with specific regional regulations unless explicitly stated.

It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with:

- Data protection laws
- Cybersecurity regulations
- Industry-specific standards
- Governmental and regulatory requirements

**6. Limitation of Liability**

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform.

**7. Enforcement and Termination**

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this Agreement, misuse, or actions that pose legal, operational, or security risks.

**8. Agreement Acceptance**

Use of the Platform constitutes legal acceptance of this Agreement. This Agreement is binding upon individuals, companies, affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives.

**9. Amendments**

The Platform may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

**10. Governing Law**

This Agreement shall be governed and enforced under applicable international principles, with jurisdiction determined by the Platform operator as permitted by law.
